SaaS Oalia Excellence solution: nuclear engineering flagship company
Together with its partner Klee Group, oalia has signed the deployment of its SaaS Oalia Excellence solution, for a French nuclear engineering flagship company.
After tendering, the company called on Oalia to set up its SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) tool and thus have a 360-degree view of its supplier relationship.
The objective is twofold:
Encouraging in-house purchasing departments to collaborate
Controlling the on-boarding process of suppliers and thus :
- Provide increased visibility on suppliers (identity, certifications, financial data, etc.)
- Make updates of information and documents (legal documents, certificates, charters, etc.)
- Risk analysis, performance measurement and effective action plans
The project is ongoing.
