To support this strong growth, we are recruiting a Digital procurement Consultant.

 Your role:

Intervene during the functional design phases to gather and formalize the user needs with the customers:

• Participate in functional framing workshops in the project phase,

• Referring the relevant evolutions to the product team

• Write functional specifications

• Define the roadmap with the management and the product team

Participate in the responses to calls for tenders:

• Analyze the specifications

• Define the response strategy

• Write the proposal

• Defend the offer

Participate in pre-sales phases, communication and marketing events

• Answer functional questionnaires

• Take part in Oalia software demonstrations

• Give interviews, speak at trade shows and conferences

Experience required 

• Higher education (Bac + 5)

• 2 years and more experience

• Significant consulting / AMOA experience on projects of choice / implementation of software packages.

• Participating in tenders within a software publisher, an integrator or a consulting firm.

• Knowledge of the purchasing area, Knowledge of the purchasing software packages or of integrated management software package (SAP, Oracle ..).

• Ability to listen and analyze, to understand customer needs.

• Functional and ergonomic sensitivity

• Good writing skills

Fluency in English – ability to write documents in English.
