CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER (M / F)

Reporting to the Project Director, you are responsible for project management: analysis of customer needs, writing functional specifications to the application’s acceptance phase…

You will be managing a technical team, scheduling the department planning and ensure respect of deadlines within a cost framework. You can manage all the stages of a project, and are able to develop a strong relationship of trust and proactive partnership with the end customer.

Higher education, 3 years minimum experience you have already held the position of project manager. Combining technical and functional skills, you are organized, rigorous, diplomatic and autonomous. Fluency in English is required.

Essential Technical Skills: Java, J2EE.

To support this strong growth, we are recruiting a Digital procurement Consultant.

Your role:

Intervene during the functional design phases to gather and formalize the user needs with the customers:

Participate in functional framing workshops in the project phase,
Referring the relevant evolutions to the product team
Write functional specifications
Define the roadmap with the management and the product team

Participate in the responses to calls for tenders:

Analyze the specifications
Define the response strategy
Write the proposal
Defend the offer

Participate in pre-sales phases, communication and marketing events

Answer functional questionnaires
Take part in Oalia software demonstrations
Give interviews, speak at trade shows and conferences

Experience required

Higher education (Bac + 5)

2 years and more experience

Significant consulting / AMOA experience on projects of choice / implementation of software packages.

Participating in tenders within a software publisher, an integrator or a consulting firm.

Ability to listen and analyze, to understand customer needs.
