Oalia is proud to announce the launch of the IRIS Project, a strategic partnership with the SNCF Group that will transform the way procurement is managed across one of Europe’s largest transport organisations.
This ambitious programme marks another major milestone for Oalia and reinforces our position as a trusted partner for public and private sector organisations.
A Group-Wide Source-to-Contract Transformation
Following a competitive procurement process, Oalia was selected to deploy its Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform across the SNCF Group, supporting both its public and private sector activities.
The project includes:
- SNCF SA
- SNCF Réseau
- SNCF Gares & Connexions
- SNCF Voyageurs
- Their respective subsidiaries
This large-scale transformation demonstrates Oalia’s ability to deliver enterprise-grade procurement solutions that meet the operational, regulatory and strategic requirements of complex organisations.

The IRIS Project reflects the procurement strategy led by Céline Tevissen, SNCF’s Director of Group Procurement and Circular Economy, which is built around four key priorities:

The project officially began with its kick-off meeting on 9 September, bringing together teams from SNCF and Oalia to launch an ambitious transformation programme.
