Oalia is thrilled to announce a new strategic partnership with mjunction, one of India’s largest B2B e-commerce company. Founded in 2001, mjunction is a joint venture between Steel Authority of Indian Limited (SAIL) and TATA Steel, and operates on both sides of the supply chain.

In addition to electronic auctions for which it demonstrates recognized expertise, mjunction has developed various solutions for procurement and sales, and is aiming for fast international development. RIVEXA is its flagship product to meet procurement needs, and more specifically supplier sourcing and supply chain traceability

As part of this agreement, Oalia and mjunction have decided to strengthen their respective capacities, in order to accelerate their international developments.

For Oalia, it ensures having a strong partner in India and Asia, equipped with the resources to support its international clients.

For mjunction, this means having immediate relays in Europe for the development of its offer and particularly of Rivexa, a platform for business buyers to directly source from the Indian manufacturers. 

In addition to these immediate synergies, the partnership may expand in the future to encompass cross-services in other areas such as infrastructure, support, or development, which will be the subject of discussions in the coming months.
